Great place. Always helpful. Always try get you in when they can. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend to all
Failed wof at another place and after getting wof work done here, got them to do another wof check. Again failed due to an obscure interpretation of catalytic converter rules which no-one else can justify after much background research and phone calls to confirm this guy is wrong especially since vehicle has obviously zero modifications and consistent wof's since imported in 2007. Pissed off but can't fault guys work on repairs or time management.
The team here at Seaview are some of the hardest working I have ever seen at a Vehicle Workshop. They went so far over and above to help me out that 5 stars isn't enough of a rating. My car is running so well after the multitude of issues I had thanks to them and the cost was so reasonable I feel like I am ripping them off. Thanks team! Your efforts were so appreciated!!
Kim is the front face, she understands the customer and their needs and is very lovely and Tony aswell..he is fast and is great at his work. Thank you both, see you next time
Outstanding service from Tony and friendly and helpful Kim thank you for sorting out the car . Highly recommended best mechanic in New Plymouth, honest doesn't do things the car doesn't need. You need to book in as he is very popular.
