Went to get my sunroof fixed but they have broken my sunroof cover and pushing the blame on to the panel beaters. They have also left black glue on my window and my hood lining is out of place and not cleaned properly. Tbh this is not good service or standard. They will say that my car show up with my sunroof cover open which is true but it wasn't broken in half now they will not replace and will continuously push the blame somewhere else so it's not on them. They have a responsibility to look after and not damage cars while in their service and they have done none of that.
These guys went out of their way to get my job down even after a real unfortunate fire caused them to be a man down
Had one of those tiny chips in the windshield in my line of vision so the whole thing had to be changed. The replacement process was seamless and the quality of the new glass was really good. This happened during covid which made things a bit tricky but the team managed really well.
Rang twice on two separate days, left name and phone number, was told that they would return my call as soon as they could. Had no call back, wouldn't bother with them again!!
Terrible service and utterly slow delivery of service. They refused to give an indication as to how long it would take to receive the glass they ordered because they knew it would take a month! I called a week after requesting for the service to get an eta just to get a rude rep on the phone saying that there''s no way to know although all the real reviews here mention 3+ weeks. all the other real reviews here say the same. the 6* reviews are bought for sure.
