Wow best vet ever. Dr Julie is amazing. They squeezed me in because Sealie had been hurt by another cat. Gave me a coffee because I had to wait. Nurses are so kind. Dr Julie checks everything and really put me at ease. I just love them.
Emily was incredibly kind and caring toward our unwell cat. On one of my most difficult days, I really needed emotional support and even though she was supposed to be off, Emily was there just to support me. How amazing is that? I had my Kitten in today to be desexed and chipped, this kitten is like my best mate so was very nervous about it, i walked out of that vet clinic without a worry in the world. Everyone there absolutely loves animals, they were attentive, informative and very very professional. They asked and checked every concern i had, i received updates on how it went. I couldnt of asked for better. Thank you.
Caring genuine team. Dr Hannah Bain has got to be the loveliest person out there, when I made the very difficult decision to let go of our previous cat Feef, she just dealt with it in the most empathetic way, i'm so grateful for her warmth.
