We will be forever grateful to the team at Barkes Corner Vet. After our dog was critically injured in a dog attack early Dec, they quite literally kept her alive. From those scary first moments through to multiple follow-up visit, they showed exceptional care, skill, and compassion.nThey treated our Ziva like she was their own, and they treated us with such kindness during an incredibly stressful time. They acknowledged each of our children who came in, helping them feel safe and reassured during what was a scary experience. As stressed out dog parents, their communication, reassurance, and dedication meant everything to us.nWe cannot thank the vets and nurses enough for saving our girl and supporting her recovery, and the girls at reception helping us smile when stressed. My animals have been patients at Barkes Corner Veterinary Hospital for over 30 years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care they’ve received. Dr. Scott and his wonderful team have consistently gone above and beyond, providing exceptional service to both our human family and our fur babies. Over the years, two of our pets have undergone major surgeries, and I’ve always felt reassured knowing they were in such capable, compassionate hands. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive care right through to discharge, the entire team is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. Scott has been our vet for years and cannot recommend him enough! he is known in the Bay for being an expert with all animals especially Frenchies. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, goes above and beyond and has a genuine care for the animals he treats. He's also a top guy with a great sense of humour. Thanks Scott for doing what you do... Don't ever retire!
Excellent customer service.nVery kind and sympathetic to the loss of a beloved pet/family member.nThe person who they go through for the cremation is very respectful and does a beautiful job on the wooden box.nThe vets and front of house are approachable and have excellent products knowledge.nThey have a good selection of medicated and non medicated dry and wet food; rabbit hay etc.nHighly recommend
Everyone always takes extra ggod care of our Cosmo. He has required repeated dental work. Dr Scott is fantastic! We are grateful for Barkes Corner Vets and the quality service they provide.
