Weddings by Samantha

Samantha was our wedding coordinator for our wedding at Little Wilderness. I don't think I can truly describe how much of a vital part Samantha and her team were to the success of our wedding day! The most organised, calm, genuine and kind souls. We've had so many amazing comments from our guests about Samantha and Jared and we are so happy we had you both there on the day. If you are thinking about booking in Samantha for your wedding - do it! It was the best decision we made.

Samantha was the wedding coordinator for our wedding at Vanderosa Farms in February and I couldn't recommend her enough! Our whole day went absolutely perfectly and Samantha played such a huge part in that. She was so professional and easy to deal with in the lead up to the wedding and I felt as if I didn't need to worry about anything on the day. She had everything under control and I would highly recommend Samantha for your big day.

Samantha was our on the day coordinator at Waterfall Farm on 18.03.23. Samantha did such an amazing job making sure the whole day ran smoothly and goes above and beyond in terms of helping out with different things on the day. The discussions prior to the wedding also really helped us with putting together timelines etc and we really felt like we were in good hands the whole way through. It was such a great feeling knowing that everything was taken care of on the day and we were able to just enjoy the moment. I would highly recommend Samantha to any couple - you won’t regret it.

Samantha and Jarred made our day run so smoothly, I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them. They made our day so easy and took care of everything. Our photographer commented that he needs a Samantha or her assistant Olivia at every wedding he shoots! Our day was exactly what we wanted it to be and that could not have been done without Samantha and Jarred. They made it so perfect and we could not recommend them enough. If you’re thinking about getting them for your big day, don’t think, just say yes!

We would have been so lost without Samantha & Jared!!! Our wedding day ran so smoothly thanks to them!! Samantha took so much pressure off me as she had every answer to all my questions and everything we needed help with wasn't a problem. Doing a DIY wedding would have been so stressful without them. We are so grateful we got to use their services for our wedding day of co-ord, bar staff & pack down team Their team was very professional and efficient. Highly recommend their services!! Jared was such a calm presence on our wedding day! We had some hiccups in the morning, but they were nothing that Jared couldn't solve. He really made the day run smoothly and was worth every penny. Highly recommend Weddings By Samantha if you are having a DIY wedding like ours.

Sam and Jared from Weddings by Samantha went above and beyond for our wedding in the Coromandel. They are an absolute dream to work with, and made everything on the day go perfectly. Nothing was too much for them. Sam made me feel so relaxed in the lead up and on the day of the wedding. Even our guests noticed how incredible they were. To sum it all up, we couldn't of had the wedding of our dreams without them. Sam and Jared - we can't thank you enough!

We did not know how much we would value a Wedding Coordinator until meeting Samantha. She is so lovely, accomodating and easy going and took care of everything on our big day so that none of us lifted a finger. She offers many packages, and we went for the full monty which included her husband Jared who make an awesome team so that we had glassware and bar staff - something else we wouldn’t have to worry about! Could not recommend enough.
