Had a good experience taking my passport photo. The shop is clean, spacious and easy to navigate. There is plenty of staff in the store and they were helpful too.

WESTGATE BRANCH AUCKLAND.nBought the HP Smart Tank 5105 and was very specific that I wanted a printer that would print double sided.nThe male sales person said that they would confirm that you could set it to print duplex using the drivers to do that.nAfter telling us that he had spoken to what I thought was HP he informed me that yes it would do that.nOn that we purchased the printer.nOn getting it home and setting it up and doing a search of hp and google it says it will only do manual double sided printing.nCame away feeling ripped off and lied to.nWorst advertisement for your stores and brand ever.nDo not shop at this store. Liars and very get sale at all costs .

Fantastic visit/shopping, went to print photos as a gift, had help, above and beyond from the lady at the counter, this store is nice tidy and the prices are great, the lady had the best customer service I have ever experienced, super friendly, I felt like a pain and muck around and this lovely lady made me feel ok and understood. Shannon is her name !! Thank you Shannon, staff like yourself are why people return for repeat buying. Happy new year and the photos turned out great. I'm sure my dad will love it.nnThank you.
