Warehouse Stationery Mt Wellington

Would give 10 stars if it was possible!! Was planning to buy a mobile from these guys but wasn't too sure if the phone was compatible with my sim and didn't want to risk it. Johanmanager went beyond what would be considered great customer service and let me test it on the phone before I could purchase it so that I can rest assured. Got great help from Mostafa as well with getting the phone up and running. Unfortunately the phone was not compatible but it was the best customer experience I've ever had from any store. There was nothing to gain from providing the extra service if the phone didn't work and yet they went out of their way to help the consumer out. AWESOME JOB!! Hope head office sees this and commend these guys for such a great job!!

The team at the Mt Wellington store were my saviors! My online order was not being delivered and the team took over. Communication was excellent, and my order was delivered with time to spare. Specific thank you to Api and David!

Prefer this store over Sylvia Park. Staff are friendlier, store less busy and easy parking. Keep up the good work guys :
