Always has the stationary you need, in the one place. Reasonable prices, usually a few specials and friendly staff. One downside though, never enough staff on the floor to get guidance.

Customer service in the Newmarket outlet is great. I was served by Rheanna when I picked up an online order. Products are products but it is service quality that differentiates.

Went in to get passport photos taken! Great service and quality :

Wifi was useless so had to use my data to upload photos but the staff were awesome and the photos look great.

Next time I prefer to get no service and go somewhere else for a warranty then service with weird comments from the stuff working there. At the end I got my charger exchanged.
