I understand the lack of customer service, althought it might be by shortage of staff or unproper training required. I have never had a bad experience from it. The stuff seemed nice and approachable in a good mood as well. My problem was just to print a document of 1 page. Norhing else. Never got a reply from it. I understand Its busy but I have requested in the past a giftwrap paper photo print before and took 3hrs I wasn't mad, at least I got it. Now I just wasted my time. I needed that printed document and it wasnt even viewed for almost two days.
Ordered my photos over a week ago - went into the store to pick them up only to be told they had run out of a certain size paper and therefore couldn’t print any of my photos. Instead of communicating this by emailing me - I had to go in, wait in line, cancel my order, then replace the order for the format they did have. Waste of time
The customer service here sucks. More than twice I've been spoken to in a unfriendly manner like they just couldn't be bothered helping me and im wasting time. All i wanted to do was pay for my photo prints :/ Don't recommend this store, go to another one if you can help it.
Same experience with other people. Ordered photos, papers run out. Confirmation email says “done within 2hrs” but i was told it will be 4pm and they will give me a callwhich I don’t believe it will happen wasted my time and petrol. Give a store a call before you order photo print.
I don't normally visit St Lukes store but needed sth to be done while in the area but what a mistake! The manager called Raj was terrible. After I patiently waited in the queue twice and being in the store for over an hour explained my requirement twice to the staff and himself as well, they both agreed to help initially, he rudely and abruptly told me in the end that it was not a service they could provide as it's taking too long and they are too busy. I tried to reason with him but he simply was not interested and did not care at all. If you told me at the beginning Raj, I wouldn't have wasted over an hour and ended my beautiful Sat feeling upset! I read all the Google reviews after and understand that I am certainly not alone. I am writing a formal complaint to the Warehouse Stationery head office, terrible service from someone like Raj especially the manager is simply unacceptable!
Pathetic customer service, I went to one of the staff SASHA to help me getting photo print.She was reluctant to help, rude and just passed the job to her colleague then other girl helped me and I gave my feedback regarding her behaviour and asked for an email address to do a formal complaint against this type of rude behaviour which is totally unacceptable. Nuisance attitude from that sales person Sasha.
Great customer service offered ! Especially by the young helpful boy suhant who helped me a lot for printers and furniture . Great store to visit .
Do NOT pay for their large format printing. They know the printer is broken, but they won’t tell you and take your money. Can’t believe I’m paying $177 for posters that are hardly readable. Terrible customer service as well - their solution was to tell me to go to another location and pay for new posters.
I waited 20 minutes this morning for 3x copies to be made of 6 pages of an old document. arrived home and found it is a complete mess and totally useless. Some pages missed out, others doubled up. I would give this zero stars if it was possible. A complete waste of time.
Terrible customer service in the store and on the phone You can never find anyone to help you in the store. The phone doesn't get answered and you just get a recorded message in your ear saying no one can take your call... and then it hangs up! Terrible
