It is sad to see the mismatch on stock levels in store and on website. There are no issues around customer service when I visited the store. It was certainly disappointing to observe the mismatch. The website is certainly not kept up to date. Items available on site are not in shop and those unavailable or out of stock on website are available in store. Imagine the frustrations faced by a potential customer whether shopping online or in store. Christmas may well be the underlaying reason for this situation but there is no reason whatsoever to not update the records or the website accordingly. I do not think I would be going there again for purchase however good the quality. Thoroughly disappointed.

The most beautiful and unique products can be found at this lovely store, stumbled upon it online whilst looking for sealing wax for my wedding invitations, and have really enjoyed ordering some lovely paper and other things too. Always the most Devine quality and super speedy postage plus amazing service from Kim. Can’t wait to visit this store in person when I’m in Auckland one day soon! Thanks heaps xx

I popped in to collect two pastels that I had purchased from the owner's cousin and was immediately struck by the warmth and cosiness of the shop. Unfortunately I didn't have time to look around but there was a feeling of quality throughout. The owner was very friendly, chatty and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit.

One of Auckland's best kept secrets. Was so happy when I discovered I could get Santa Maria Novella here in New Zealand, and have kept coming back for the brilliant service, supberb gift-wrapping, and the lovely Italian papers and stationary they have. A favourite!

Beautiful paper products for gifting or yourself. Helpful staff, expensive though

This is a real Botique shop with genuine kiwi service for local and imported specialty paper and supplies. I bought a gift for a friend who recently got permanent residency in nz and I thought they may like to record their experiences. The pen to go with it wrote beautifully and all gift wrapped for free!! I’ll be back.

Passion for paper does sum it up...trouble is I like too much. Best to go with a project or gift in mind as you will end up spending more time and money than intended. Still, it's a lovely way to spend time and get some unique items and ideas too.

Went there in search of specialty ink and had a horrible experience of being followed and stared down by the cashier the entire time. The middle aged white woman also browsing was left in peace. Will never go back.

Wonderful Paper Shop! : If you or a special someone loves paper this is the place. There's some absolutely gorgeous leather guest books and wrapping paper...!

Excellent range of higher end papers, cards, t-towels etc each with that certain aesthetic you know your 84 year old mother will just love.
