Excellent service from the Botany team - had an ink crisis 5 mins before closing time and managed to get there just as the doors were closing, the team let me run in to get the stuff I needed. Top team! Thank you.

Very happy with the service from Henry at East tamaki store after a bad experience with OfficeMax. He made the process very easy and stress free for finding stationery. I was able to leave my list with him and he called me when they had found everything on the list and when it was ready to be collected.

Staff is very good. Especially John in a photo booth section. he was very kind. Some time it's very easy to go if staff is helpful. I appreciate it!!!

Pretty good. There was this younger guy that helped me a while back. Didn't catch his name but his customer service skills were impressive!
