Order was packed in an re-used box that had holes in it. Clearly not from transit, the box had little tape and not even closed properly.. Bags of flour inside weren’t even sealed and whoever packed it chose to send the box anyway. A practical joke arrived in the mail. No solution from them after email. Worst service, products and quality I’ve never been so angry with an online purchase! I never write reviews either. Shop elsewhere like mentioned in many other reviews of this scam retailer.
Low quality. I weighed the items bought by my wife and they were less than what the retailer claimed. Shop around or opt for other online retailers that do a much better job
Though couple items that i placed order for were out of stock which did cause inconvenience, otherwise on time delivery and packaging is very well done. The items are always fresh. Will keep shopping with mandi bazaar.
All expired product shipped , best before date removed on all the products. Don't shop from them. I tried contacting them but no one picks up the phone. This is cheating Updated : Contacted customer care, the team is checking why it has happened. they have taken a request to refund my account and pick up the product. But my concern is it will be sold to another person
The rajma and sugar packets were torn.....i picked rajma from box but had to throw away the sugar....same happened last time as well with some dal packet.

Happy to give 5 stars to this seller. Their products haven't been perfect but they are so happy to discuss and resolve. I ordered a product that wasn't satisfactory to me - nothing wrong with it - just not what I was expecting and after discussing that with them they happily replaced with with something else and didn't ask for the unwanted product back either. Order arrived in the South Island rural delivery within a few days. Will be shopping with them again.
I ordered, delighted to find a retailer who shipped what I wanted. Delight turned to meh at the slow wait for dispatch. Then on the day of final arrival, eventually to find that part of my order was missing from the box, was really disappointing. Without contacting me to discuss, they'd shipped my order without the one item that I actually really wanted because they didn't have quite enough in stock. It took several weeks of chasing this crowd and a threat of a bank chargeback before I got a response. Then it was all empty apologies and no follow through. Don't buy from these cowboys, you can do better.
Amazing service. The goods were delivered the day after I placed my order. This is from Auckland to a tiny North Island town in the lower part of the North Island. In addition, the goods were fantastic value.
