Bought a long sleeve top for my girlfriend for Christmas on December 17th. So well before Christmas. Had paid with Apple Pay for convenience. Never received a confirmation email. I received an email 2 hours later that the item was back in stock so I assumed everything would be fine. On the 22nd I emailed to find out where my order was. They send an email back that it is a pre-order product, while I actually received a back in stock email. The website also explicitly states: “Order before 4:00 PM, shipped the same day”. NOT SO. In short, very unclear. Now it's Christmas and I only received my package today. Bad service when you ask them something. Expected more…
