Location of this hotel is great, close to everything in Wanaka town. Staff is very friendly and helpful.nnVeiws were also good, from some rooms you can actually see lake and mountains.nnInterior of room was pretty old, shower tub was quite big and difficult to get in and out of it.
Rooms are small but ok. Bathrooms are tiny, banging elbows on the wall to brush your teeth. Downstairs rooms are noisy. Rating might have been higher if I had a room with the view of the lake. Non view rooms are not worth the price.

Absolute rudest older woman on reception. She could use some education in customer service. Had planned to book a week stay here after a wedding but that certainly won’t be happening now.
I liked it, but it didn't include breakfast which I was disappointed by, considering the price.nThere is a kitchen for guests to use, which I am also not used to in a Hotel.nOverall it was good.
