When I was a patient/client. I had an X-ray taken which diagnosed my hip/lower back problem. I had some adjustments done and ithere were some improvements after 6bor 7 weeks. After that period of time, I asked the chiro for excercises to strengthen the muscles surrounding my hip and back, he didn't have any and that didn't make sense to me, so I left.nnI went to another chiropractor, he explained the muscles are responsible for the pain. Pulling the bones in or out of alignment due to tightness or weakness.nIf a chiro doesn't provide exercises, you're wasting your time and money.nnThankful for the Xray.
