Trust House Recreation Centre

Terrible service, fraudulent behavior, and horribly overpriced. I have canceled my membership with this gym months ago, once through the app, twice over phone call, and three times through e-mail but they continue to charge my account. would recommend to stay away at all costsnnAfter finally getting a response, they backdated the cancellation, which confirms the charges should never have continued.nnIt has now been 9 months of constant back and forth with trust house and they have still not refunded my money dispite telling me they will. very frustrating to open a dispute over a simple cancellation

We use this place sometimes for the pools - as there are few other options.nnThe actual facilities are OK, but the kids pool area/laxy river is cold - meaning my children shiver and want to get out. I know others who have shared the same experience.nnJust raising the pool temp a couple of degrees would see a four star rating from me.nnIts odd that other reviews have highlighted this issue, yet it has remained unresolved. I'd be interested to hear if Trust House isn't receptive to this feedback - or maybe they can't change the temp?

Trust House Recreation Centre in Masterton is a great location which includes an aquatic centre, gym and other facilities. Lots of fun for all the family. The aquatic centre has both indoor and outdoor areas and features pools, hydroslides and a lazy river. All the facilities are clean, tidy and well maintained. A great place to go to spend time having fun with all the family.

Awesome pools, the kids pool/lazy river are a little cooler then expected but you didn't get cold
