When looking to buy a second hand car remotely, Doug was an incredible help, going as far as video calling to show me round the car and point out small scuffs to ensure I was satisfied with the car's condition. Was dissatisfied with reception. They refused to let me talk with the manager or mechanic about the problem I had with my old honda. Was told that I would have to book it in and this would cost approx. $160.

Buy CRV. In the beginning it's fine. Then get problems. Would not like to buy car in future from them. Not good Service they give car sometimes with no A/C and other time with no fuel.

Very dissapointing. Provided me with a courtesy car full of smoke smell. My kids were coughing the whole time and could not breath. When I mentioned this issue to the reception, she said that she could not smell anything, but then later on she said that other customers also complained the same thing. If you know other customer complained about this issue, why lend this car to me. Also, I gave my phone number when I filled-in the form for wof and service. Why called my wife when she has no clue what's going on. At the end, the car that I left overnight in their store didnt pass wof and have to make another appointment.

The store is a nice environment, I had some early nerves about our first ever new car purchase but Douglas was very helpful throughout the process and we couldn't be happier. I'd recommend Honda and this car the Jazz Hybrid to anyone.
