Story

Established in 1967, Fairview has grown with its community, providing quality vehicles and service to Waikato families for generations. Steady, assured progress over 50 years has seen the dealership expand from its flagship premises in Hamilton to establish branches across the Waikato in Cambridge, Te Awamutu and Matamata. As major franchise holders of both the Ford and Mazda products and one of only 9 dealerships in New Zealand to hold the FPV (Ford Performance Vehicle) franchise for Falcon GT, GT-P Typhoon and Pursuit Ute, it is a reflection of our ambition and loyalty to serve our customer base that has seen Fairview grow to serve Waikato’s motoring needs.

We bought new BT-50 and Ranger wildtrak X from fairview motors. Emma and Julia, they are the best salesperson ever i met before. They are very professional and friendly, know exactly what they selling, gave us useful information to choose a right car all the time. They are legend. Personally i had not a very good experience in there service department but part and sales team always very friendly and helpful. Want to say many thanks to fairview sales team and part team, especially Emma and Julia.
Poor customer scheduling priority & communication. It's a shame they expect you to leave your car all day to do an hours work & can't give an indication of time to completion nor seem to be in a hurry to get your car completed quickly. After 4 hrs & 1hrs initial work completed & phoning they told me the WoF was underway & would be finished in an hour. However arriving 80mins later it still hadn't begun. This was the same last visit as well & no call when it was ready. I had to phone to check. The mechanical work quality is fine, it's just they need to work on a vehicle until completed & get it back to the customer as soon as finished like most smaller service centres do. I mean who wants to waste a day killing time waiting for simple servicing.
Good service here, quote given when you book in. Nice pick up service too.
5 star rating for these guys just brought my 4th vehicle through them. Brendon Whitelock used car sales and Marc Corboy new car sales fantastic guys to deal with. Just picked up my brand new Ford Ranger Wildtrak today. Brendon even drove it to Taupo to meet me and take my old one back to Hamilton. Would highly recommend paying these guys a visit when looking for your next vehicle!
Nicely located on Te Rapa straight, easy parking off the main road. A decent sized car yard with Fords and Mazdas, mostly Fords. The yard extends around the back of the building, so there are more cars than there seem to be from the street. Closed on Boxing Day.
I Find the Wildtrak V6 is the perfect tow vehicle for 3.5 T towing loads. The Ford brake controller works brilliantly and the auto 4wd tow mode increases vehicle stability both on gravel and on NZ’s potholed main roads.
Fairview Hamilton was great at sorting out glitches we had with our new purchase, Thank you Tim for looking after our recent purchase.
