The lady was very happy to help but was having trouble with the computer system so we could not trust the pricing estimates she gave us. The products though were excellent. Pricing was at the top end though.

They were easy to install, I hung them myself in one day, 19 windows. I really like that they just raise and lower by pulling up or down on the handle - no strings to pull on. They have strings that the shades slide up and down on, but you never need to touch the strings.

Reasonable range and very helpful staff.

Good if you're not in a hurry. Been waiting on two blinds for 5 months.

Poor/rude customer service. Measured wrong first time. Got it right the second. Very long process just for a couple of blinds.
