Story

Welcome to The Willow Tree. We are a husband and wife team based in Hamilton, New Zealand. We are the proud owners of three little munchkins that bring us laughter and joy every day. Hence why we love products related to children and children's birthday parties.
We strive to bring you products to help turn your house into a home. We love everything to do with Weddings and is one of our passions. We will be adding to this area on a regular basis.

My partner and I went into the shop to resize her expensive watch. The young lady there got it done in under 5 minutes with no charge because she said it was easy to do which was a nice suprise. We always choose Pascoes because we have found other jewellers to be quite intimidating when they stare and dont ask if we need help but are quick to ask others when they enter their empty shop. We love purchasing new jewellery and we spend alot mainly on watches, necklaces, rings and bracelets but if we do not feel welcome we will wipe those shops off our lists of places to purchase from. Reviews can be very paramount to a business so dont judge a book by its cover and also just because people may not look like they have money does not mean that they dont? We work 60+ hours a week so 9 times out of 10 we are in our work clothes thank you for making us feel welcome, your customer service reps are the best..
Unprofessional staff - childish group of young and older women who speak unkindly of customers and other staff. Management seems outdated and store needs refurbished. Poor selection of jewellery

Lovely clean and tidy shop. Nice to walk into. Very efficient service
No mention of price to resize a ring when purchased. Then found out when we took it back it was going to be 20% of the cost of the ring to get it resized. Unhappy we were never told in the first place.

Great service and knowledge in Hamilton shop Chartwell. Great staff and great management. New Plymouth however!!!!! absolute rip off!! Nasty little shop trying to deceive and mislead my friends son.
Always love shopping at Pascoes , they have always had what I've been looking for, and at a great price. With payment options like Humm which makes shopping even more affordable. Also great service.
