SuperValue Parkwood Supermarket

A very handy store. The owners are very friendly lovely people! They usually have most of the items you need.

Expensive but lovely people. Convenient.

Some good specials at times, bit more expensive than the bigger supermarkets. Great drink range. Not too busy, good parking.

Overpriced & understaffed for a busy 5pm time? Only 1 person on the till and 10 people waiting inline and lotto? Not inclined to return

Handy convienience store/mini supermarket with a good range of products for everyday needs and essentias as well as little extras like a liqour, meat and fresh produce section. Service was a little slow as no one attending the counter and prices a little more than supermarket but overall a fine place to shop and stock up.

Been coming here since this store opened only one staff member who I haven't seen for awhile remained the same everytime I came in. The others change like the weather been ripped off here a few times too. Always ask for a receipt.

Usually the young guys that serve at the front counter are very helpful and friendly but on occasion there is an older woman owner who serves. She can be quite rude and unfriendly like she doesn't want to be there. On these occasions I smile at her and say hello but get snobbed and she turns her head away. Then when leaving I say thank you again and she doesn't even look at me? Other than this odd customer service, the shop is clean and generally well stocked with decent prices and a good variety.

Visited on the 5th of October 2021. Two staff in neither wearing masks. .on the 6th and 9th a COVID19 positive person vsited....let's hope you family haven't been infected and need hospital care... You need to enforce the one in one out rule and get your staff to wear masks

Helpful staff; it's a neighbourhood store for us so even my teenage kids shop there with confidence.

i get VVIP service at my local Supervalue Flagstaff. Here I get racial discrimination. wonder why. sorry but zero star from me.
