Very helpful, patient and friendly retail team. If shopping instore, can only order what you want, can't buy off the floor unless shop clearance stock. Not all fabrics showing online are available for all recliner chairs as I found out and some now also discontinued. Definitely better to look at actual fabric samples instore as can be quite different shade to what you see on your phone/computer. Still happy though with what I ordered. Currently a five month wait to pick up chair as made to order. Slim chance it could be done sooner, so crossing fingers.
Walked into the store after getting completely ignored from Harvey Norman. Got greeted by a fantastic lady called Diple. After a couple of quotes, I ended up settling on 3 x chairs. Brilliant service keep it up.
The service here is much worse than Harvey Norman store opposite. It was not a very nice shopping experience. The young salesperson lady have no experience and knowledge of products. NOT have a smile on the face. She seems eager to sell products, but they are impatient. Their so-called manager man is arrogant and rude. The words are sarcastic and highly disrespectful to customers. I don't understand why a lot of people are getting mad nowadays... Covid-19??
Went it to get replacement power cord that was broken while moving and told i need to go through shop I brought from, which is in Auckland and will not be covered by warranty. Very poor brand support from the Te Rapa shop!!!!!!!
My sister and i have just visited the shop looking for a lift chair for our father who is having some difficulty getting out of his stanard lazy boy. The sales woman couldnt have been more helpful...thank you. The shop had the biggest range of chairs with a price range to fit what we were looking for. I highly recommend this store not only for there wide range with prices to suit but also for the warm,friendly and helpful staff who are prepared to listen ..and that arent just looking for a sale.
Ordered my furniture in January and still not received it and its June now !!!!... Beware this is terrible service
Knowledgeable friendly staff and a huge number of lounge suites in display.
