Rude staff. I was in the queue when it was finally my turn , lady on counter took my form and ask me to wait so can serve her another favorite customer. I just didn't say anything because I didn't want to ruin anyone's day and mine either. Staff please be respectful and treat everyone same way
Called up to query the wait time for a wof, receptionist was lovely and very informative. So I headed in and while as informed there was a queue, staff were great and very courteous - they also identified a Tyre puncture I wasn't aware of. Thank you team!!
Very, very busy. Staff are still pleasant. Access can be difficult as queues can stretch out onto the street. Choose times carefully.
Ladies at service desk are so chill whenever I go in, makes for a welcoming visit. Queues weren't too long, about 15mins to get to the front of my lane, took another approx 15-20mins to get warrant done at about 3.45pm on a Friday, and got out promptly.
Y'all need to upgrade your customer phone line service and get a receptionist coz you never pick up the phone!!! Apart from that, you guys are good on a quiet day. 1 star for the phone service but 4 stars for good/adequate car inspections.
Got a failed WOF on a minor issue regarding small bends on the outer sill panels that have been dismissed every previous inspection at VTNZ since I have owned the vehicle for over four years now. I was told by the inspector that it simply hadn’t been noticed in the past… I then asked if their inspections are stricter these days and the inspector said yes that is the case… I’m not happy with the the misinformation on this particular issue. Also the que lanes in the front of the building aren’t in line with the service bays inside to which they lead. This has inspectors and clients frustrated because the vehicle at the front of the queue needs to back up before it can be driven into the building.
Very dishonest technician tried to invent a bunch of reasons to fail my car because he couldn't figure out how to turn the alarm off. His mistakes were addressed in each instance so he spent a full two hours sulking and looking for more reasons to fail the wof, none of which withstood simple questioning. Criminal behavior from VTNZ management to allow this blatant dishonestly.
Went to the recheck lane during my lunch break thinking it would be a quick check as fails were minor, nope. Car in front was waiting 30min while other lanes were moving along nicely. Lady inside said the person was on "lunch break" not good, not happy. Decided to try somewhere else on another day. Wasted trip
Tried calling numerous times throughout the day for 3 days with not a single answer. Finally decided to go in and I was met with a rude asian lady with no common manners. I understand that the place may get busy, but what's the point of having a phone line if no is going to be answering it and it doesn't cost anything more to not be disrespectful.
Called in Branch to get P Endorsement done, Manager said come before 12pm Made it there by 11:30 and start filling form and by 11:40 when I was standing there to get served, I been told off by lady that they not taking anymore customers. Common guy respect the time and Both of ladies were really rude and arrogant Specially Sanjeeta. They care about their time not customer. Why don’t you guys change your Business hours from 8:30-11:30 rather than 12pm
