We had the most wonderful stay here for our short getaway. It’s a beautiful, spacious, garden-like place with stunning views of the ocean. The room was clean and cozy. The food was exquisite. The staff was friendly and welcoming. A big thank you to the ladies - they were awesome! Let alone that it’s conveniently situated literally within one minute walk from the bus-stops both to and from the ferry terminal. A strong recommend and a must-go if you are planning visiting Waiheke.
Fabulous night away! Beautiful resort and plenty of facilities. All staff were friendly and attentive.. shout out to Mike who always made sure we were good and brought us wine to the spa/hot tub. We will definitely return here and highly recommendRooms: 5/5
Spectacular views, comfortable accommodation, and conference room facilities. Perched up on the hill, the resort flows down the hill, with various bungalow-type rooms. The pathways can be steep, so no high heels! : The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The pool is perfect for kids or for having a cocktail at sunset. If you’re looking for a place for a weekend getaway or a business offsite, this is perfect.
Lovely newly refurbished studio apartment with gorgeous view of Palm Beach. Nice bed. Enjoyed the pool and spa but oh, calamity, no wine glasses in our apartment to enjoy the wine we brought from a Waiheke vineyard. Kitchen could also do with a breadboard and microwave safe dish.Rooms: 4/5
We had been surprised with this piece during our stay in a positive and negative way. The rooms are a lot better than in pictures and most of the facilities are in a good shape or getting repaired. However we were surprised to learn that there is no night clerk considering that it's a resort so if anything happens after hours there is no-one to talk to or get help. Secondly the amount of car parks is very limited to the number of units. Lastly, some of the villa owners who live there are extremely hostile towards resort guests. It felt like we shouldn't have been there in the first place rather than they are living in a resort with guests coming and going. The rest of the stay was good and enjoyable. The bar and food service was good.
Have stayed here several times over the last year, service and hospitality is always brilliant. Parke is an amazing host. Recommend for a weekend away!Rooms: 5/5
Wow this is the most amazing place to stay! So clean and fresh, fabulous views, spectacular service in bar and restaurant, perfect rooms and others requirements never a problem. Very reasonably price, great value for money. Ease of busing around as bus stop right at the front entrance. I’ll definitely be back!
We went to Waiheke Island for a wedding and organised a 2 bedroom villa for one night. Checking in was easy. The Villa #36 was clean and comfortable, bedrooms spacious and the deck a wonderful place to relax, but the kitchen was dated. Kitchen equipment was a mish-mash of crockery, utensils etc, microwave was old and the dining and lounge upholstery was stained. "First in, first serve" parking was a problem as every parking space was taken the whole way down the drive. We ended up temporarily double parked until we left for the wedding and on return, again, no parking available. We enjoyed the quiet of the hilltop setting and the spectacular views. Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy the other facilities available to us. Maybe next time - but maybe not.
Room was great and had everything needed. Only a one night stay so didn’t spend much time there to use any ammenities. Quiet time mid week so restaurant and bar not open. Great service at check in. Thank you Rooms: 4/5
Had a great night away, lovely refurbed room with a lovely view and a nice meal at the restaurant, something here for the whole family and the kids to enjoy!
