The Sun room on the top level has wonderful sunsets looking back over the water to the great city of Auckland. With a beautiful stain glass window door to welcome you and wooden polished floors throughout you really will feel like you are on holiday in a different country.

The two ensuites you will no doubt rave about to your friends and families. It features amazing drop down, walk in showers that feel like a warm waterfall. Uncover the stunning view whilst your enjoying, or take a dip in the bath and watch the sun slowly set, simply magical.
This modern three level retreat has all the open plan living you need to feel comfortable and relaxed during your stay. A brilliant island in the middle of the kitchen with massive window views while cooking and socialising really brings the property to life.

The lovely flat landscaped garden is linked to the kitchen to enjoy the indoor out outdoor flow. Experience picnics in the garden under the olive trees, whilst the kids enjoy the adventures of exploring the bush.

The two master bedrooms each have ensuites with the gorgeous showers; the upstairs master bedroom also has the bath. The choice of one king bed and two queen beds means there will be no arguments about who is sleeping where. Unless you want a room with a balcony of the view, then the top floor sun room is yours!
