I’ve been using this gym for the last 10-12 months, and I love it. The price is good for long-term subscriptions but extremely expensive for a day pass. It would be better to offer some flexibility for regular customers when comes for few day casuals. Overall, it’s a great facility.
I can't say I have much experience with gyms... but the team here are so friendly and welcoming! I always look forward to my yoga and zumba classes on Mondays nnThey have a lovely range of gym equipment, a vreat variety of free classes and apparently even a swimming pool!nChange rooms are nice and clean with lots of locker spaces.
I have had a look around the Waikato University gym.nIt is a very sizable place to have various types of workouts.nI can recommend this gym.
Unirec is great, been going for over a year & really enjoy the friendly staff, various equipment & wide range of rooms they have available for use, there is no where else that I'd rather go to excercise indoors..
I like the gym and the equipment and the staff are really great, except when you actually want anything done. They will not respond to contact unless basically forced to and even then getting a response is often late and when you've already sorted it with the staff in house. They also do not make the gym goers follow any of the hygiene rules including using towels or wiping down equipment and this seems especially prevelant for the males. I am for this reason thankful that wet wipes are so ready available, as you have to wipe down all equipment before use as well. Basically so long as you have no issues with your membership, or account at all and are happy to wipe other people's sweat off the machines, it's a great place to work out
