Great gym. Everything you would need plus great trainers if you need a PT.

I was looking to get back into the gym after a 3-4 year break. I love the social aspect of group training so I was looking for a gym with affordable rates, a range of classes and a friendly non-competitive environment, happy to say Common Ground ticked all those boxes and more. My daughter and I were welcomed and included from the very first class. I absolutely love the barbell classes which makes my strength training so much easier by taking care of all the accessory work for me. Great team of staff and awesome members, so happy I joined.
