was very unhappy with this place as my daughter who was an excited 16 year old going to the gym was told a while back that her age group would only be allowed to enter the gym at certain times due to 'misbehaviour' of other youth. we ended up changing gyms due to this after being a loyal customer and the increased expensive price of this gym and we are much happier elsewhere.
Great gym with great people. Low key and no egos. Great range of equipment and trainers who really know what they're doing.
I was looking to get back into the gym after a 3-4 year break. I love the social aspect of group training so I was looking for a gym with affordable rates, a range of classes and a friendly non-competitive environment, happy to say Common Ground ticked all those boxes and more. My daughter and I were welcomed and included from the very first class. I absolutely love the barbell classes which makes my strength training so much easier by taking care of all the accessory work for me. Great team of staff and awesome members, so happy I joined.
