I love Crisps! The pharmacist is kind, empathetic and really great to deal with. He is wonderful with children and makes everyone feel at ease. There is a great range of product to shop for while waiting for your prescription. #1 pharmacy for sure!

We had our covid-19 vaccinations at Crisps Pharmacy recently. Every staff member there that day were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, not just to us but to the other customers that we saw too. It was a very pleasant experience and I would 100% recommend Crisps Pharmacy. Thank you to the team who looked after us.

Got my Covid booster vaccine here, lovely helpful staff, clear signage on where to sit ect. Pharmacist was informative and confident in what he was doing.

22 November 2021 I went to Post Shop in this pharmacy to send parcel. Customer service yelled at me: Get out! You are not wearing facemask! I asked her: Can I buy facemask here? Angrily she gave me one. When I handed her filled parcel form she threw it back to me and yelled again: GO BACK HOME fill it correctly and than I'll take your parcel! I was shocked. I feel totally humiliated and abused. I didn't get any apologies.

Love this pharmacy, the staff are all very helpful and friendly. They are very kind to children and go out of their way to help. The gift selection is brilliant. It is also in a good location with plenty of parking nearby.
