Hi Thomas ,Julie and William are really great people, and the others that work there. They really care and they have even checked on me if have not seen me for a while . Not that they can do that for every one, but they really understand me ,and they really help me to get advice or help I need. They are lovely and genuine I really appreciate What they have done for me . Used to be a great pharmacy but sadly there isn't much of a selection now and they don't sell any Christmas ornaments anymore which was always a highlight at that time of year.
This was my local Pharmacy for years. It was always joyful there. Great staff and keep in liaison with your GP so you don't have to explain alot... <3
Great little pharmacy - the only one I believe in belfast . Staff usually very efficient , pharmacisr very knowledgeable. Though shop stock looks a bit thin... overall a good pharmacy
Great little pharmacy, generally fairly busy so don't expect your scripts done in 5 minutes which nobody should anyways.
Sadly an elderly family friendin her eighties was recently sold a cold related product that was very expensive -she left the shop and returned a few minutes later and said she felt the money would be better spent by going to the doctor and being diagnosed .She was refused a refund as it is the shops policy to give a voucher not money back.They would not be swayed and she is still unwell I might add ,and hasn’t been to the doctor.If the no refund was IN CASE of any tampering why would you offer a voucher ?Poor form for a local pharmacy to not show a little decency to the elderly.
Great staff. Cute little pharmacy that serves the community.
