We have spent hundreds in this store and we were booked for booster shots. My partner forgot his mask and they wouldn’t give him one. They wanted $2. We got one free at a cafe where we only spent &5 on a coffee. Genuinely just forgot it each time. I know where I’ll be returning and where not.
My flight ticket was canceled because of them. They gave me wrong information. I must have RAT test before going to another country within 24hours. But they said it is okay to have a test if I get the test the day before. It was terrible experience ever. They are not professional and I DON'T recommend this place. I called at around 5:15pm to make an appointment for RAT Covid test on the 15th of March and the receptionist gave me WRONG information. Terrible
Unfriendly obnoxious retail staff. All businesses I've dealt with during covid has been lovely, this is the first. The retail staff had no responses to pleases and thank yous, nor did she use any pleases or thank yous. Simply gave demands treated myseld and other customers like diseases. I wouldn't have shopped here if it isn't the only life/unichem that stocked the specific product I was looking for. Never again, would rather shop online. Every other life/unichem in Christchurch has been lovely to deal with.
Pharmacist not wearing mask. Sometimes he puts it over his mouth, but it is was often around his neck or he had his nose exposed. I was in the pharmacy waiting for 15 mins and shocked he was not following rules.
Rude staff that did not want to refund a product they supplied incorrectly for a different version, very unhelpful, after demanding my rights they swapped it for me. Letting me know the staff member who supplied it was going to get torn a new one. Non funded products they rip off the Merivale community. Same product $20 cheaper elsewhere.
Rude staff over priced. Go to chemist warehouse. Friendly service No prescription fee. Products far cheaper.
Lovely relaxing shopping environment . Good range of cosmetics
