Needed a part for my cpap while camping in the area. Called ahead and spoke with Iain. He was very knowledgeable and sorted out what I needed. 10/10 service.
I had to pick up a script today from Buchanan's Pharmacy. The first lady I talked with was helpful and friendly. I then had to sit down with Iain and he gave me all the time I needed. Awesome advice and a real genuine person. Happy to go to this Pharmacy from now on.

We went into the pharmacy for some stuff for my daughters toe. The lady that helped us was extremely helpful and new exactly what she was talking about. The first man didn't really show much interest.
What a wonderful staff this place has! For such a busy place! Every interaction I witnessed between staff members and their customers was outstanding, they were kind, patience of saints and helpful. Hats off to an amazing team
