Just had my flu jab and wanted to say how great the whole experience was. Everything was explained really clearly, which made me feel comfortable and informed. Rita was super friendly and kind—she made the whole thing quick and easy. Big thanks for being so professional and doing such a great job. Really appreciate it!
Kensington Pharmacy filled our script, didn't tell us a medication was out of stock and instead gave us something different without telling us that isn't what was prescribed and didn't solve the underlying issue.nnNo apology either, just an uninterested flat response.
This pharmacy is the only one in Whangarei that could provide me with the special medicine my son requires. Along with my general prescriptions they always come through. My midwives also recommended here because you can get scripts from here that other place that can't cater.
Definitely don't get passport photos there. Had to go in twice. The photos were really pixelated and looked low resolution. Second lot of photos were just the same and failed online. I ended up asking for a refund and went to Shirley's photos who did it fuss-free in 2 seconds, with 2 snaps for each of my kids and emailed it to me within 30mins. Should have gone there in the first place.. They should stick to pharmaceuticals.
