U-Sell

This is the second time I have used U-Sell New Lynn and in both instances got great service. Great service and communication by Karen in particular - I dropped my car came back almost four weeks later to pick it up and got informed that there has been an offer and it was sold for a good price and the list fee was so affordable. Got more than what I would on trade-in I just sat back and let U-Sell team do it all for me. Ownership papers and everything. Money was in my account immediately. Highly recommended

Dropped my car off Wednesday 4pm. Thursday 11:30am it was sold. Really friendly, efficient team at New Lynn. You don't worry about the advertising, people coming round to test drive, finance or change of ownership. They do it all. Will definitely use again.

The U Sell car yard in New Lynn was a great experience. A wide variety of options with lower prices. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very professional and the paperwork was done in quick time so we didn't have to wait around. Have a coffee in the mall and enjoy the experience. I would recommend them to anyone

No problem to take car for test drive and AA pre-purchase inspection, and put a 48 hour hold on the car for a refundable deposit. Relaxed opportunity to examine the car without any pressure from sales people. Easy liaison with owner through U-Sell.

Fantastic service and communication - I dropped my car off and went on holiday and Brett and his team did all the hard work. Great place to buy and sell cars . Selling is particularly good as you don't have to deal with Tyre kickers and people who don't turn up for test drives. U sell deal with all that. Also good is they deal with all the ownership transfer details.

THE ONLY PLACE TO SELL YOUR BOAT - Service was excellent and staff friendly and always helpful. Had multiple people view the boat and I didnt have to worry about storage or arranging viewings. Sold for an excellent price within 1 month. 5 Star service.

Well, lookie see here mr Brett. My first and only experience of a dealership in New Zealand and none of it was pleasant or enjoyable and i didn't even step foot in the place. Shocking ran website as you have a buy now option. So created a member log in thinking I was purchasing a car. Congratulations it said, you have purchased! Great I'll ring in the morning to make the payment in full. Unfortunately, that car has been sold, yes, to me I said.. Anyway after my phone call not properly explaining this and being very ignorant, slightly weird and quite rude phone call with I'm assuming was you and also my girlfriend not enjoying a previous phone call with you. all in all a poorly set up website with obviously no updates on sales of cars and poor customer communication. And don't reply back with all that terms and conditions, deposit malarkey you told me, just update your details properly. So 1 star for you.

I have just recently bought a car through USell New Lynn. The staff were helpful around making a plan during everything going on with lockdown. As a first time car owner and buyer, I was not sure what steps were required etc and the lady I spoke with often was not friendly or patient with me which was quite disappointing when you are offering a service. They were quick in replying to emails and getting the paperwork done but I was extremely let down when I went to pick up my car. I had only just left the yard, driven 200 meters and my battery cut out. This was frustrating as I only bought the car after it was pre inspected to avoid all these problems but this inspection was done by someone they recommended. On top of that, there was minimal fuel left in the tank which is extremely dangerous and all the seats were soaking wet so I can only assume that the windows were accidentally left down during a storm I am still trying to dry out the car. What was supposed to be an exciting experience of buying a car, turned into an absolute nightmare while I had to wait 5 hours for AA to come and assess the battery and then replace it. USEll makes it very clear that they are not responsible for the condition of the car etc and that it is between the buyer and the seller, but if they are providing a service, the basics should be covered like having a bit more fuel, the windows are put up when there is a storm and they did not have to replace the battery, but they could have checked it and let me know what to expect. I would be very careful when going through this car yard

One of the best, easiest and least pressure filled car buying experiences of my 30 years of car ownership. Highly recommended if you're in the market for a decent second hand car at very fair prices, but don't want the hassles and sales pressure of most second hand car dealers.
