Chris is the man, Trundles are always willing to help and go the extra mile, even when crazy busy. Recently had some custom parts made up and nothing was an issue for them. Always friendly and great customer service. Their knowledge and experience is unmatched in NZ and it really shows.
I thought customer service was dead until I started using trundles . I Have spent thousands over the past 2 years with not one bad thing to say about them! Prompt deliveries , great communication and reliability at its best. Any queries about parts / purchases etc , your responded to very quickly and everything can be done same day . No emailing you back a week later when you’ve already gone and bought someone else part ! Past present and future happy customer
A lot of places offer parts, but very few offer the service and knowledge these guys do. They went out of their way to help me out, and would 100% buy from them again and again. Buy with confidence team
Never buy gaskets from them and they are slowly losing my business with there cheap products. Bought a gasket kit for my engine and no joke couldn’t find a single gasket that would line up properly bolt holes were off or in some cases the gaskets where nearly a completely different shape to what they were supposed to be
