Fantastic Service!! My son called for roadside assistance due to his car not starting. The guy that attended was friendly, informative and went above and beyond to help us. Unfortunately he could not fix the car but managed to get the car started for us to drive it to a mechanics. Much appreciated.
Kane Fowler - I AGREE with you about the old lady at the counter. She is rude!. AND this company are nothing but accomplices to the police who steal your private property, seize your assets vehicles and impounds them at their place of business being in their towing yard. All they are doing, is ripping people off and its not cheap to have your automobile released once their standard 28 days of impounding your vehicle is ready to go and collect back from this company, this business. They're all in it for the money with no care that parents need their automobiles to travel with the kids to their schools and home again. Everyone has the right to travel freely from A to Z so long as they are travelling in their automobiles safely. END OF!
Towed by Shaun after a small accident on the parking of North Egmont visitor centre - he came really fast, less than 30 min after we called the insurance, was very nice and reassuring with us and even gave us a lot of tips about things to do in New Plymouth!
