Outstanding service.nI was dreading visiting a car shop for the first time but I was instantly pointed to the right direction and the help desk. A young man with medium brown hair and a beanie served me. He changed my windshield wipers for me for a low cost, changed my car key battery and ordered a cabin filter that suited my budget. I didn’t know what style or size I needed in any of the items and he figured it all out for me based on my car rego. He was very professional and answered all my questions and various queries about future needs my car has with expertise and no judgement, as I’m seemingly not knowledgeable with cars and left my mind at ease that shopping at Supercheap Auto will be quick and easy. I appreciated the polite and professional attitude, efficient pace and offering the membership option for savings and no receipt warranties. Could not fault the service at all. Thank you very much, keep up the good work.
Whoever demon or whatever is his names needs too sort his customer service out coz soon as I walked too his cashier attitude straight away even the other worker noticed it. If you don’t like your job get out the back As for sam too notch fulla appreciate his customer service definitely will only be dealing with him from now on.
Great customer service, from a young bloke who went out of his way to install a window washer arm onto my car, he was fast and efficient and offered friendly banter as well, very refreshing considering the state of customer service these days in general.
Lots of useful and interesting product here, and the occasional bargain such as a slot car track I bought on clearance for $19, feels like it would normally be more like $60 at least. Lots of automotive product but also plenty of other random things like kids bikes, solar equipment...
Rude service, wouldn’t help me and tell me what wiper blade I needed. Just asked if he could search it for me with my rego but he didn’t care and said no, so I said would you show me where they are and I’ll pick one he then goes ‘well you won’t know what one to buy’ well obviously that’s why I asked for your help
