Couldn’t recommend Transformation Fitness enough. My husband and I have been going for a year now and we love that no workout is ever the same. Fred is an awesome instructor, so energetic and encouraging and the environment is super friendly with everyone motivating each other. Great music, great vibe and great location!
I look forward to these classes and try to make it for a workout most days now. Definitely an awesome transformation for the body after having a baby. It has a very comfortable, friendly & fun vibe to it. Fred & Lavinia are super cool. Love this place - Highly recommend!
An amazing place. So grateful that I found out about the Transformation Centre. Fred and the other trainers are unbelievable at what they do. If you want a super fun workout with like minded people you MUST try this place.
These guys are simply awesome, no two days the same in about 8 years for me. Interesting and challenging no matter what your ability. Transformation is the right word.
I've been comming here for almost 8 years after the birth of my first baby- another one later and I've lost all the baby weight and gained some abs! Such an amazing friendly and non judgy place to achieve for fitness and health goals. Fred and Lavinia are awesome coaches to help you get to your goals!
