"SmartFit is a private Personal Training Studio. If you looking for somewhere safe to train in a very controlled environment then SmartFit may just be the solution you are looking for. If you need some motivation to help you achieve your personal goals then visit our website to sign up for a FREE 1 Hour consultation and fitness assessment. WE ARE NOT A GYM! You will be one of only 3 clients in our studio at any one time. We disinfect all equipment that is used during a workout so that they are always ready for the next person to use. We are very proud of our professional facilities located in Mt Wellington.We look forward to hearing from you soon!"

SmartFit is an amazing and well-maintained personal training studio with an excellent range of equipment. The Personal Trainers here are extremely caring, knowledgeable and supportive, and make SmartFit a wonderful and fun place to train. I've trained with most of the Personal Trainers at SmartFit, especially Dave and Tori who are both incredible!, and I've loved every minute of it! All of my sessions have been carefully planned and the Personal Trainers have worked hard to ensure every session was unique, productive and enjoyable :. Further to this, the Studio Manager, Kate, is an incredibly kind and hardworking person - she's always looking after SmartFit members and makes everyone feel like a part of the SmartFit family. I've certainly noticed my confidence, happiness, and fitness improve dramatically through my time training at SmartFit - massive thanks to all the Personal Trainers here, especially Dave, Tori and Kate! I've loved training here over the last 18 months and I cannot recommend it enough! 5/5 stars!!!
I've got an amazing gym experience with smart fit. I've been training with Eli for the past few months, and I can't express enough how much I feel grateful and glad to meet her and have her as my trainer. She is very professional, energetic, and encouraging in supporting me in achieving my fitness goals. We had so much fun and progressed along the way. I appreciate her hard work in providing various activities as fun and productive as possible. Thanks Eli : Thank you so much for the Smartfit Mt Eden team! I've always found working out very difficult, but Eli at SmartFit has totally turned this around for me! Her personalized sessions and enthusiasm have been amazing and she is such a fantastic trainer. The entire team is very welcoming and the facilities at SmartFit are absolutely first-class. Now I love working out and am having huge progress, which is totally down to SmartFit!
Before I joined the amazing SmartFit I had always been intimidated by the gym. I was unfit and at a weight I was not happy with. Now I’ve never been more excited to go to the gym or do some workout at home. I still have a long way to go on my health journey but I definitely have not felt this fit since I was 12 My trainer is Tyla and she is fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. Of course she is exceptionally supportive and knows how to push you through a tough workout. She keeps me motivated all the time and helps me stay focus on my goals. All the trainers there are super duper supportive, they really do practice what they preach and overall make the whole place awesome to train at. I wish I had listened to my friend who raved about SmartFit and joined earlier, but it’s never too late to start now! 10/10 definitely recommend!
I have never been to a gym before coming to SmartFit. I had always felt intimidated by it. SmartFit is great because there is only a handful of people present so I don’t feel self-conscious. Lani is my trainer and he is awesome. I’m the sort of person who needs to be pushed and he certainly does that, However I can feel myself getting stronger and fitter each week, and actually starting to enjoy exercise. I thorough recommend SmartFit, Lani and the whole team.
I've been attending Personal Training with SmartFit specifically Lani for many months now. I do not have a bad word to say about them. They are friendly, positive, encouraging, funny and fun and their equipment and premises are well maintained. Lani has been super flexible with me and my crazy schedule and accomodating of my needs and desires of outcomes for the sessions. To top it off, last week, I was really behind on sleep and hadn't eaten, was stressed and exhausted. Lani gave me some of his lunch! What better example of the sort of good people SmartFit employs. If I could afford it, I'd be doing 5 sessions a week with them! Not least because I'm already seeing great progress to my body and fitness and would love to see even more. Edit: Also, the other trainers are a dleight too. Tyra has been engaging and Kate's attempts at accents are very fun, to name just a couple. Ask her to do some accents for you.
Before you even think of signing up, make sure you are mentally prepared to, working out isn’t easy and for me I had to really change my diet. You need to be consistent. It had been a looooong time of any exercise for myself, so the first few sessions I was left sore as f*^k the next day or two, but once your body adjusts it becomes an addiction that is super good for your mental health especially when you start seeing your body get sculpted for the better. I feel great. The team at Smartfit will give you the best support and resources you need bar none but you have to put in the effort too. Also don’t expect to have 20 ABs and Arnold sized biceps in a month, it doesn’t work like that. Cheers!
SmartFit is a fantastic, low key, private environment with highly expert trainers like Bain who not only know their trade, but do everything they can to make sessions enjoyable too. Bain is very customer focused, changes things up every session, and is a great guy to work with. I couldn't be more impressed.
Before I started working with Tori, I was terrified, anxious and embarrassed at the thought of stepping foot in the gym. After meeting with Tori and working with her, never once did I feel the way I did. I have never left a session with her with any negative feelings. She’s consistently been the most supportive, nicest and welcoming person! To find someone that gets just as excited if not more every time I’m able to do certain things that I couldn’t do weeks or a month ago or when I’m able to increase my reps or weights , is honestly the best! I appreciate the way she never tells me she’s added more weights knowing I’d talk myself out of it with excuses. She’s honestly the absolute best! I can literally feel myself get stronger and my confidence increasing! Everyone in the SmartFit are the best bunch of amazing people and they all equally and genuinely share in the excitement when someone reaches their PB! Couldn’t be happier with SmartFit!
Kate from SmartFit exceeded expectations she is an ALL-STAR. Great communication, extremely knowledgeable and supportive, while pushing you to achieve your goals. I enjoy sports and fitness but really needed to mix it up and add some variety. Our sessions involved a range of strength, flexibility and cardio training while providing oversight and guidance on form. I noticed improvements in strength and fitness within four weeks and was surprised how fast and substantial those improvements were. Whatever your goals are, Kate has the experience to help you to achieve them. I would happily recommend Kate and the SmartFit team.
