well equipped, good gym mates , good nutritionist, good trainer...everything over there is brilliant for the one really wanna be fit. Not commercial ,people in the gym always care about each other, feel like being in a family. Leanne is always here whenever you need help.

Not packed like some of the larger commercial gyms and good facilities. Awesome staff too!

Affordable. Awesome staff. Great exercise plans. Leane's a brillliant owner.

Helpful. Well equipped. Really good staff. Good set of boot camps and classes, personal training and nutritional advice available. Very reasonably priced - not a flash/fancy type place, but if you want to get fit / fitter ... you get the gist - go talk to them.

Great gym, great atmosphere. Nutritionist also available.

Posing help for bodybuilding

If your into training and want to train with like minded people, great equipment, inspirational training photos surrounding you and finish off with great advice, nutritionist..Awesome PT who is not theorised but done it themselves... then look no further as this gym has it all.
