Welcome to New York Fitness, the club that never sleeps.
Open 24 hours for your training convenience. You decide when you want to train.
We believe that a great fitness club should not only be affordable and rewarding, it should make you feel this is where you belong.
It’s a feeling you get when your greeted with a friendly smile, you walk through the facilities and everything is hygienically clean, the equipment is state of the art and makes you want to try it. The atmosphere is motivating and friendly, but most of all you can picture yourself training and enjoying the benefits our club will provide.
Our staff are always helpful and only to happy to assist you with any queries, questions regarding the club. There is no pressure to join. It’s simply up to you.

Great gym, lots of space and equipment, amazing team. Favourite place

I go here for a casual work out every so often. Large gym with workout studios and tons of free weights and machines. No pool facility, but they do make protein shakes you can order. Staff are helpful and the facility is clean. They have staffed hours but it's 24hrs if you have a membership.

I love it. Love going once I'm there and everyone is super friendly
