I received excellent service from Mike on my visit last week. He was friendly, laid back and respectful. I had my eye on this car for a long time, so traveled down and test drove the car where I identified a couple of things that would require fixing if I bought the car. Other than that, it was the car for me! So I went away and got advice from my mechanic on what the repairs would cost. I made an offer but unfortunately they wouldn't accept a lower price. I haven't bought anything yet and I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Great to deal with...lovely car at a good price...we looked at three from a big selection ...but fell in love with the VW...Jamie was ultra helpful ...and so far the car has been awesome. ...we drove from Wellington to East Cape ...and all around ...perfect...thanks Jnamie He!
If I could leave 0 stars I would.nVery disappointed with my Partner's and my experience on what was supposed to have been purchasing our new truck. Trade in price agreed upon, deposit and finance organised and sales agreement signed. My Partner was transferring belonging from old vehicle to the new one when the car dealer decided he did not want to pay the trade in price that was already signed because the vehicle's paint job was apparently not as he expected. Prior to agreement being signed, my partner disclosed all issues, imperfections such as the paint fade along with photos and videos where my partner said it was just washed this would knowingly effect the appearance of the paint and the car dealer was happy with this. He wanted to offer $1000 less than the agreement stated so in the end we revoked the agreement. Upon reading other reviews it seems like we may have dodged a bullet at least but a very disheartening experience nonetheless.
A lot of cars to choose from and sound advice from Jamie the guy who helped. We chose 2 cars to check out and he added a third. Very satisfied with our purchase after 2000 kilometers.nThanks Jamie!
Got a vehicle off Trade In Clearance noticed a few faults & everytime I took it back to Trade In Clearance they said there was nothing wrong, so I took it to my mechanic and there is so many faults with the vehicle that are going to cost over 2k to be repaired. They have now left me with a dud vehicle. Would highly recommend before purchasing vehicle to make sure it's okay.
