I bought a car from here which ended up with a condensation issue. Caleb viewed the problem and got it fixed within a few days. I would highly recommend Caleb when it comes to follow up service. Very pleased
We've had so many dishonesty issues with this dealership that we will never be back which unfortunately also means no more Subaru:n* Our car was falsely advertised in the sales brochure as taking 91 fuel, but after the purchase we were informed it actually needs 95 fuel to get the advertised fuel efficiency though instruction manual and written confirmation from the dealership. The dealership is unwilling to make good on the extra thousands of dollars this costs over the lifetime of the vehicle.n* For one of the services, I explicitly asked to quote for a scheduled service as per Subaru guidelines, and then once I brought the vehicle in and after hours of waiting the quote was dishonoured.n* Subaru publicly advertises free map upgrades, but the dealership refuses to apply these, instead telling me to spend hundreds of dollars doing it myself.nnWhen trying to follow up on these matters, customer service is non-existent either no reply or a reply multiple weeks later.
