We've had so many dishonesty issues with this dealership that we will never be back which unfortunately also means no more Subaru:n* Our car was falsely advertised in the sales brochure as taking 91 fuel, but after the purchase we were informed it actually needs 95 fuel to get the advertised fuel efficiency though instruction manual and written confirmation from the dealership. The dealership is unwilling to make good on the extra thousands of dollars this costs over the lifetime of the vehicle.n* For one of the services, I explicitly asked to quote for a scheduled service as per Subaru guidelines, and then once I brought the vehicle in and after hours of waiting the quote was dishonoured.n* Subaru publicly advertises free map upgrades, but the dealership refuses to apply these, instead telling me to spend hundreds of dollars doing it myself.nnWhen trying to follow up on these matters, customer service is non-existent either no reply or a reply multiple weeks later.
Recently purchased a new Subaru from Armstrong's Lower Hutt and were very well looked after by Caleb . He kept us informed throughout, ensuring a smooth registration and ownership process. He listened to our needs, provided helpful guidance, and was flexible in addressing a couple of minor hiccups along the way. Their willingness to adapt and truly understand us made the whole experience work well. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Subaru.

I hope this place has improved since I bought a car from here. The South African guy I was dealing with lied about the car statistics by saying it was the STI engine tuning on the Levorg I bought, which should be 300HP instead of the 256HP it actually is.... this stat was also confirmed by the manager at the time.nI recently paid dearly for that, losing thousands of dollars in potential resale value and almost having an altercation with a buyer who thought I was trying to scam him! The sales rep also used every dirty sales tactic in the book which unfortunately I've only wisened up to now after having more life experience. The company might be better now but I will be staying clear of Subaru as a brand, which is unfortunate as I really liked them prior to losing about 3 months wages.
