BE WARNED after sales service is bad news. I had a problem with my seat belt so I took the car to Brendon Foot service dept and asked for someone to have a quick look at it. They wanted me to book it in for the whole day even though I I told them I needed the car for work. I also asked if it would be under warranty and they said there would be a diagnostic charge. Finally after making plenty of noise somebody came out and fixed it in about 2 minutes. Have to say thanks to Toyota Wellington because I went there first and service manager came straight out and had a quick look but couldn't see the problem straight away so I had no other choice but to go to BF.
I really recommend this place for buying a car. People are so kind and responsible. They helped me a lot to choose my car and helped by answering all my tough questions and offer reasonable price. Many thanks Jarrod and Annie!
Service from these guys was the pits.nnTook my car in as was having issues with the electrics under warranty so free repairs. The people doing the tests didn't understand the issue so, rather than calling me to clarify, they ran extensive unnecessary tests on the car and eventually discovered the issue was a simple dashboard switch...and charged me $70 for all the unnecessary testing.nnI called them to query the charge and was told that they were entitled to do the testing so wouldn't be reversing the charge. The guy Josh told me he would double check with his manager, and get back to me. Two months and several phone calls from me chasing later he told me the answer was no refund...no follow up explanation. Nothing.nnSo I'll be spending my $1,000+ service costs elsewhere going forward...pretty foolish approach for the sake of a $70 charge.
Took my car in because my abs light keeps going on and off. They didn’t know 100% what it was but the battery tested poorly and recommended to replace it, replaced it myself and was all good for the next month or so. The light started coming on again and rung them, they expect me to book and come in for another $160 bucks? I already paid them that price for the last check and they expect me to come in and pay that again for the same problem that didn’t get fixed?? I didn’t mind the price the first time but not if they’re expecting me to pay another $160 for the same problem. What a scam
