Very disappointed with the service. I came in for a simple switch repair and they ended up charging me for things I never agreed to.nI was billed for . None of which were mentioned beforehand. There was no call, no approval, and no explanation until I saw the final bill.nWhen I asked about the charges, they gave vague excuses and acted like it was standard. This kind of behaviour feels dishonest and like a scam.nI will not be returning and would recommend others be very cautious or go elsewhere if you value transparency and fair treatment.
I wish I could give negative for this company who steals money from customers.nnPlease be careful when dealing with these people as what they do is, they will just make things up to steal money of you. Refer to the photos which will give an idea of what happenednnLucky I didn’t fall for that this time.nnHowever, it is simple that if you don’t use for the service you should get the money back. When I signed up for 3 years service for my Mitsubishi eclipse cross, I asked that guy called Prashant if I sell my car can I get a refund and he said I should be able to but now I asked for a refund and they won’t give any refund and none of the document they gave me had any info about a refund.nnShame on you Brendanfoot. I would have been a repeated customer if my issue was looked into and will never ever refer anyone to you and also my friend who bought Hyundai for 80k he was not happy either with these guys.

What I mean is that we felt after every interaction, like we were being treated with respect, kindness and patience, as one would treat a family member.nnAbsolutely the best experience we have had, and a very special mention and thank you to Marwaan from Brendan Foot – My father had been going back and forth to Brendan Foot lower hutt, for what felt like almost 2 years! This was because making the decision to purchase another car was a huge decision for him, and wanting to make the right decision took a long time this would test anyone’s patience!. However Marwaan treated my father with absolute patience, respect and genuine kindness- I saw this first hand and was extremely impressed.nnWhen the decision of the purchase was made, Marwaan and the team at Brendan Foot Lower Hutt made the process so easy and streamlined- FANTASTIC service!! On the day of pick up, Marwaan even came in on his day off which was so appreciated; to talk us through all the main features and celebrate the moment with us. The instructions were always very clear, concise, and again with patience. Rude staff. The first time I went here two of the reception staff made me feel very unwelcome. They also laughed at me when I didn't immediately say my plate number when walking in.
Absolutely recommend BF Lower Hutt, Jarrod was great! My mum purchased a car and then I did and soon hopefully my sister will.nHe looked after us both and sorted things that I brought up super quick and easy.nThank you so much
