Absolutely stellar service. Great products at reasonable prices. I have bought many of their goods, from kitchen appliances, tiles, gardening tools etc. Had an issue and they were wonderful, so quick and efficient. Turns out the issue was nothing to do with the product either. Thanks guys I will be returning again and again. You guys are awesome!
We had this freezer for quite a while now and it's really great for its price. The person who delivered it is friendly and helpful. When we needed help with the loud noise it's making. I sent a ticket and someone reached out straight away and got us a technician to fixed it in less than a week. Amazing company with awesome staff.
This one star I am giving is for the old lady at the self-checkout. I visited the shop on August 31st to buy a sprayer. The item was not on the shelf so I asked the lady at the checkout. She told me that the last one was sold the day before. Then I searched online and saw that they had it in stock. I asked another team member who checked and found that they had 22 items in stock. He quickly grabbed it for me. That lady said she was impressed that they had it in stock but did not bother to apologize. Very bad customer service.
Trade Depot in Hamilton gives great customer service! I had a warranty claim and they have dealt with it swiftly and serviced us with more than what was expected!nThank you Simon Sebastian and your crew! Highly recommended.
These guys are awesome. I bought a heater and tripod stand and couldn't figure out how to put them together. I took it back and they did it for me. Such helpful and friendly staff.nLove this store. Appliances and goods are well priced. My new go to place...
