Came into the store yesterday and had to speak with the Customer Seevice team. I'd like to recognize two ladies - Holly and Ivy - who went above and beyond to resolve an issue I've had with faulty goods. These two staff members really turned around my whole experience, for which I am very grateful :
This is honestly ridiculous, a worker was following us 3 kids around while we were waiting for our nan too get cleaning supplies now I understand if we were being suspicious but we were literally looking at PLANKS OF WOOD because I wanted to make a desk but we weren’t there for that that’s not the worst part the worst part is the fact another what I think was a worker no type of uniform at all had approached us before that saying we have to move because it’s “a workers only area” that was not the case as you can distinguish the difference between isles and the work space due to the big automatic doors leading into the back area and this 2nd worker was right there and heard us explain ourselves which we shouldn’t of even had to do as we were paying customers to him yet continued to follow and antagonise us. Discrimination at its finest absolutely disgusting. The interaction between us and the 2nd worker was aggravating because after he approached us and we explained that we’re just looking and waitingnhe was not only still following us around but saying he can kick us out…
