Bought a plant stand to sit beneath a window. Also a sleeping pussy cat garden ornament to put on my cat's grave. Very friendly ladies in the garden section. Camouflaged by my green shirt behind some plants, accidentally got watered by the lady tending the plants. We all had a laugh.
Always frustrated by a lack of open checkouts. They installed self checkouts which never seem to be open. Many times it's the info desk processing sales. Yet they have someone standing at the door looking bored watched today, they barely acknowledged customers and certainly weren't checking receipts. Why can't you cater to your customers by serving them with some urgency? Ten minutes in a queue is just not acceptable when there's all the closed registers.
Worst customer service experience.nnTried to price match. Served by JANNESH. They made me wait literally more than 30 minutes because no supervisor was available. People were queueing up behind me all waiting. When supervisor finally turned up he said they cannot price match because of ridiculous reason. Do not count on their price guarantee.nnThis happened last time as well. Same person. Made me wait more than 40 minutes.nnBig waste of time.
Good range but poor customer service. Can't be bothered going in to detail but it's really getting hard to get any service or sound advice from them, waste of time calling, constantly left on hold and bad attitude from a few of them. Mitre 10 is much better.
Good fast team, always willing to help. Cheaper prices overall than competitors. Good long operating hours such as closing 9pm summer time, weekdays. One of my favourite local stores on Te Rapa Straight. Highly recomended for a visit. There is something for everyone.
