Just had a facial at total body concept for the first time and wow This place is so calm, modern and beautiful. Loved all the products used and the wonderful massage. Can't wait to come back. Thank you

In support of the previous review. It was only 20minutes for a 30minute massage. I was back out of the treatment room and paying with 5 minutes of ‘professional time’ to go. So 3minutes at start and about 7minutes at the end of the session makes for a rather short massage! The massage itself was good. In contrast, I went to a nearby spa which finished on time so you do almost get the full amount of treatment time. I also ended up feeling bad for feeding back which wasn’t very relaxing!

Be aware that their 30 minute massages are actually only 20 minutes.  $80 for 20 mins…  When we offered feedback we were told that it’s ‘a professional 30 minutes’.  The manager offered us a $10 voucher for our next visit.  We will not be going returning.

I’m a first time client and it is a last minute booking which is night before and I am happy they still accommodate me. It was only a voucher I used and lo and behold Anti-stress massage is superb! Abbey is very lovely and cheerful, she definitely took care of me. Ambience is perfect with relaxing music. My skin is so soft like a baby…..    I will be back again… I am excited to avail other treatments like facial and the like so yep I recommend

I had a lovely facial, booked for me by my husband for my birthday. I felt refreshed and rejuvenated. The only part I didn't enjoy, was how heavy the sales push was for products.

I had two treatments with Mia and Jess today and both were exceptional. Mia used just the right amount of pressure for my massage and Jess was a master of reflexology. Thank you ladies, I have already booked to return to Total Body Concept!

Great place to have a relaxing facial in the heart of the city, open on Saturdays. Ample parking on site. I was very pleased I had Essie, she is professional and really put my mind at ease, she managed to provide helpful advice and talked me through the processes with great patience. I had microdrem facial for 60min, something new for me so I was abit anxious. But it was really relaxing and not painful at all, I fell asleep. Essie put together a list of products she would recommend for my skin type but I didn't feel any pressure of needing to make any purchase today, which was great and not often the case at spas like this. Totally exceeded my expectations, highly recommend.

The best invigorating facial with an added on micro from Abbey. She was so sweet and informative but also very highly skilled with her facial techniques. This day spa has the most amazing vibe and the staff are so warm and welcoming. Having worked in the beauty industry myself for 15 years, I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

I've tried a lot of places in Christchurch but Total Body is by far my favorite. Toneya is really knowledgeable! It can be tricky to get an appointment at short notice or during popular times evenings/weekends. Book well in advance!

Lovely experience. It was my first time ever trying a Brazilian wax, so I was anxious. However, the lady was so kind and understanding. When I was feeling too much pain, she would stop for awhile and made adjustments to make the experience better. Didn’t feel awkward or embarrassed at all! I would recommend them for their lovely services.  I recommend if you’re trying waxing for the first time to eat some painkillers.
