I love Caci Merivale! I've been going for a couple years now and the team are friendly and professional. My skin loves it ; I especially love visiting Andrea the nurse who is an expert and has helped transformed my skin to a much healthier glowy state. She has suggested great options for my face treatments and is super kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
Reading others reviews on pricing i have to agree, the focus here is not on the customer its on pricing high as the market can take. They refuse to negotiate on pricing and offer no reason why they are pricing over and above direct competitors. Shopping around is essential now.
It has been many years of thinking about doing something and I was very unsure about whether what I was asking was possible or stupid. The team made me feel real and were very clear in discussing what was possible and likely outcome. The things we do to try and give us more confidence and improve or self worth are important and they made me feel like I wasn’t weird in doing something that I think is positive for me, thanks team
I only have overwhelmingly positive things to say about my time with Caci Merivale and the successful adventure I've had with them!! Every single interaction I've had with them has been extremely thoughtful, welcoming, comforting, reliable and thoroughly careful with looking after every client's individual personality and needs; bettering their understanding and life through experiences and expert treatments and guidance. I’ve been seeing Georgia for a few years now and she has been so amazing. My skin has evolved so much over that time and she has adapted my plan to fit what my skin needs. Now that I’m pregnant she’s gone the extra mile to insure that the products she uses are pregnancy safe and has given me the tools to cope with my changing skin at home. I always look forward to our sessions and I can’t recommend them enough.
I have tried other clinics but have found Caci Merivale to be the best. They know their product and are great at stepping you through any procedure you are thinking of having. Some recommendations made to me have been in fact not to get things done for reasons as to why it wouldn’t work the best for me, which I appreciate because it shows they care about your overall experience and are not just looking to make the most money. The staff are friendly and professional so you can’t go wrong. Also the fact they have payment plans for set packages of procedures means you don’t have to pay all at once which is a great bonus!
Over priced. Literally double the price compared to cosmetic clinic. Wouldn’t tell me a price over the phone and was shocked once they got me in the office after being canceled on twice
