I would rate the Top of the Town B&B 5 +++. Tracee our host was superb and went over and above to help us out. Bryan was great to talk with and invited us to sit on the porch with him and enjoy a beautiful evening with amazing stargazing views. The accomodations were extremely well appointed and very clean. Had everything we needed plus more. If I am ever fortunate enough to pass through Picton again I would not consider staying anywhere but the Top of the Town!!
Thanks for having us Tracee! Losing count of the number of rooms we’ve stayed in for our few weeks in the country but none felt like a home away from home quite like your lovely place. Amazing hospitality, only regret is that we could only stay one night and had to leave so early. If we ever find ourself back in Picton you can bet we’ll come back to visit you again.
Home away from Home. Beautiful location. Tracee and Bryan are awesome. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went an extra mile, picked us up and dropped us off to the station. Clean cozy room, comfortable bed. Thanks again for hosting us.Rooms: 5/5

Tracee and Brian are amazing hosts and the accomodation is top notch. They are very accommodating with pets. We arrived off the ferry and were greeted on arrival. Tracee made sure our 2 cats and 1 dog had everything they needed for there stay. We even recieved treats for all the pets. It makes such a difference to find beautiful accommodation that allows fur babies.
Loved my stay and Tracee is definitely a great host. My room had french doors so was perfect for Lucy my wee dog to wander around the vast lawn area. The room and ensuite has been beautifully renovated and is very comfortable, light and sunny. I will most definitely be back Tracee and Brian.
Hubby nd I stayed at Top of the Town on New Years Eve 2021. Gorgeous room, great location and our hosts Tracee and Bryan were lovely. We would definitely recommend Top of the Town as a great place to stay whilst in Picton. Jan Gill
Tracee is an absolute gem of a host. She took care of our parents very well during the first night of their solo adventure in New Zealand. She was in constant communication with us and made me feel completely at ease that they would be well looked after despite their very limited English. Top of Town is a great location, quite central and quiet at the same time. Everything was clean, beautiful and really well appointed. The fresh rose from the garden left in the room was a nice detail and a lovely thought. Thank you so much!
