Good variety of equipment and friendly staff. Was advised that bathrooms are going to be done up so that'll really hit it out the park. Music keeps stopping and changing, so bring your own if you that way inclined. They proudly display their in house athletes. Very much a family vibe.

Real nice spot.  They offer s variety of memberships from day to month to year.  Staff was super friendly  and knowledgable.  Aerobic machines were kept well and running.  All the weight machines were in good working order.  Lots of free weights to choose from as well  as cross fit equipment.  Give it a try!

Real positive environment with the team there.

Great staff, great equipment,  and fantastic classes!

Terrible experience with admin, go to Gold's gym
